United Concrete Coating Inc. (UCCR) is a well established Epoxy Flooring & Polished Concrete Company is looking for a motivated team member to join our fast growing concrete polishing, coating and and floor surface preparation business.
We have a large fleet of trucks and equipment, and our experienced in-house crews allow us to meet the strenuous demands of our industry. We service not only our local markets, but travel extensively throughout Southern California.
Project Manager / Solutions Specialist
Based out of our Orange County headquarters in Brea, CA.
We are immediately hiring an experienced Project Manager with Concrete polishing experience to oversee several projects.
We are looking for a qualified, hardworking, honest individual who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment where safety, efficiency, and meeting deadlines are top priority. Good attitude, great team player, bilingual a plus, organized, and most importantly willingness to learn.
Industry competitive salary & benefits.
Responsible for project completion. Communication with general contractors at various job sites in the greater Los Angeles area. Supervise crews from start to finish. Schedule labor force when needed. Create and send change orders. Follow up on projects with foremen daily. Provide updates and project forecasting to various departments. Train employees on Job Safety and Equipment use. Communicate with purchasing department to order materials.
Experience: Project Management: 1 year (required)
In addition to having previous industry experience or the personal and professional attributes outlined above, candidates must meet the following requirements.
Reliable transportation to and from work. Able to travel within California and out of state. Authorized to work in the United States.
Concrete Polishing Specialist
Based out of our corporate headquarters in Brea, CA.
We are looking for a qualified, hardworking, honest individual who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment where safety, efficiency, and meeting deadlines are top priority.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license and some concrete polishing experience. Experience with concrete prep (grinding, patching, vacuuming) a plus. Good attitude, great team player, bilingual a plus, organized, and most importantly willingness to learn.
Experience: 1+ year industry experience.
In addition to having previous industry experience or the personal and professional attributes outlined above, candidates must meet the following requirements.
Reliable transportation to and from work. Able to pass a pre-employment physical. Able to work weekends and various start times. Able to travel within California and out of state. Authorized to work in the United States
